01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ROX BIO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including patients, clinicians, and administrative staff.

02Medical Disclaimer

Important Notice

ROX BIO provides AI-assisted clinical decision support. Our platform is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions. AI-generated analysis should be reviewed and verified by a licensed clinician.

03User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and platform use.
  • Clinicians must maintain valid licenses and professional credentials to use the Clinical Dashboard.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

04No Patient Data Used to Train AI Models

We do not use any patient data to train our AI models. Patient health information, conversations, reports, and any other Protected Health Information (PHI) submitted to the ROX BIO platform is used solely to deliver care to the individual patient and is never used to improve, fine-tune, or train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model. Our AI systems are trained exclusively on publicly available, ethically sourced datasets that contain no patient data.

05Third-party Integrations (Google Calendar / Google Meet)

ROX BIO offers an optional integration with Google Calendar so that clinicians can host telehealth visits over Google Meet. By connecting their Google account from Settings → Google Meet, the clinician authorizes ROX BIO to create calendar events on their primary calendar with a Google Meet conference attached, exclusively for the purpose of telehealth appointments booked through ROX BIO.

  • The integration is strictly opt-in. Clinicians may disconnect at any time, which immediately revokes ROX BIO's access to their Google account.
  • ROX BIO does not read, modify, or list any calendar event other than the appointments it creates for the clinician via ROX BIO bookings.
  • Google's own terms apply to the underlying Google Meet sessions; ROX BIO is not responsible for the availability or quality of the Google Meet service.
  • Our handling of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

06Service Modifications

ROX BIO reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
